Payment and Shipping
All payments will be processed via Etsy.
All products will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Ready to ship items will ship within 5 days of payment.
Custom orders ship in 3-4 weeks.
Made to order items will ship with in 1-3 weeks.
Custom Designs
I require 100% payment before I begin designing. You will receive 3 designs to choose from, they'll be modified based on the feedback I receive from you.
What do you use Serving Trays for?
Everything! Well, just about. On my kitchen table to hold my centerpiece, coffee table for my remotes, bathroom to hold beauty products or candles, next to the front door as a place to hold my keys. Really any flat surface, or to make a flat surface like making your ottoman more functional

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How do I care for my tray?
Your tray has 3 to 4 coats of polyurethane to protect the wood and the design, Hot mugs can be placed on the tray. Don't let liquids set too long on the surface, wipe with a damp cloth, do not submerse in water.
How do I care for my coffee mug?
We recommend that you hand wash your mug and do not let it sit in the water. Pat the outside of the mug dry.
